About Ray Jeske

Ray Jeske is host of "The Ray Jeske Show," a sports talk show heard each morning Monday through Friday from 7:00 - 9:00 AM on ESPN Radio 990, Stark County's all sports radio station. On this show Ray interviews the players, coaches and newsmakers of high school sports from within and around Stark County, as well as across the state of Ohio. College and professional sports personalities also make up the regular guest roster of "The Ray Jeske Show."

Prior to coming to ESPN Radio 990 in 1991, Ray worked in a variety of media, including documentary filmmaker American Portrait Films International, and radio stations in Cleveland and Akron. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (M.A. Religion) in Chicago, and Kent State University (B.A. Business Administration).

Ray is an avid runner and has completed 5 marathons, including the Cleveland, Chicago and Miami Marathons. He is currently training for the Chicago Marathon in October, 2008.
